From your initial inquiry, we will visit you and determine the feasibility of your ideas. We will take time to discuss and give free advise on the most suitable way forward. Then we’ll provide a full fixed price quotation.

Planning
If you decide to proceed our architects will draw up draft plans. Upon your approval the plans will be submitted to the Local Authority for building regulations approval and planning permission.
